Alder Associates brings together team members from different disciplines, all with the understanding that their own discipline would never be enough to create lasting change on its own. Our desire to make a real difference led to the creation of Alder Associates where we could blend and adapt disciplines as necessary for the unique situation of each client.
Partners
Jackie Eiting creates breakthrough performance for organizations by integrating senior executive team development with business strategy implementation. Jackie has over 30 years’ experience in transformational coaching, large-scale change and executive team development, and has worked with major corporations in the US ,Europe, Africa and the Mid-East.Prior to co-founding Alder Associates, Jackie held partnerships in the CSC Transformation and Change Group, and at Charlie Smith & Associates, a leading transformational consulting firm.
Jackie has led engagements at the Pan American Health Organization, General Growth Management Properties, The Rouse Company, Ingersoll-Rand, DuPont Legal, The Limited Corporation, EMCO Ltd. Canada, IBM Corporation, Cunard-Ellerman Shipping, Marrion Merrill Dow, Inc., Campbell Soup Company Canada, Land Rover Corporation, Aeronautical Research, Procter & Gamble, the World Health Organization, Trinity Church New York, and the National Institutes of Health.
Susan Horowitz focuses on organization effectiveness, change management, leadership and talent development, and strategy implementation. She has led projects strengthening governance and building capacity in nonprofit organizations .
Susan has supported clients in for-profit, government, and not-for-profit sectors including National Institutes of Health, World Health Organization, Aon, US Bancorp, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Jaguar, Publicis Media, Philips, Planned Parenthood, New York University, and Trinity Church Wall Street.

Susan holds a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, also from Tulane.
She has served on a number of non-profit boards in Chicago. A native of Miami, Susan loves all things summer.
Quentin Prideaux has been part of Alder Associates since its founding in 2001, focusing on leadership development, strategy, and change implementation.

Quentin holds a degree in Physics from Bristol University, a Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Management College, and a Master's in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School.
He is a keen gardener, a board member of his local volunteer sustainability group, a guitar player, and a fan of live music.

Alyssa Cotler, is a senior communications strategist and advisor with more than 25 years of experience leading communications for large, complex, mission-driven organizations. At the National Institutes of Health, she served as the Chief Communications Officer for the All of Us Research Program, building the communications infrastructure for what has become the world's largest integrated health data set. Prior to All of Us, she was the Communications Director for the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Throughout her career, Alyssa has partnered closely with executive leaders and teams to clarify strategy, navigate change, and communicate clearly. She received her Master's in Public Health from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute Leadership for a Democratic Society.
John Green Through training and coaching John Green has supported adult learners individually and in consulting projects and child learners in a unique school program.
John's development in consulting and coaching practices began in the mid 80s at Charles Smith and Associates and continued through projects including Washington Metro Area Transit Authority, Fairhaven School, Prince George’s Community College. John’s one-on-one consulting and coaching clients have included a wide range of Washingtonians in government, international affairs and NGOs.
Education includes Colombia University Coaching Certification Program, a Masters of Science in Negotiation and Conflict resolution also from Columbia, a University of Maryland Bachelors of Science in Education and extensive non-degree programs in interpersonal communication, workplace relationships, project and meeting management, and business communication.
Justin D. Hentges, is a financial, management, and oversight executive with over 20 years in the public sector. He currently serves as the Chief Financial and Management Officer for the All of Us Research Program at the National Institutes of Health. He previously held roles as the Program's Acting Chief Engagement Officer, Senior Advisor for Accountability and Oversight to the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources at the Department of Health and Human Services, the Special Assistant to the NIH Principal Deputy Director and other financial, administrative, and analyst positions. He began his career in Wisconsin state government. Justin has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
Elizabeth Lutes helps leaders challenge established ways of thinking, envision new possibilities, and develop the capabilities and practices necessary to achieve them. She combines the perspective of an executive accountable for organizational results with a deep understanding of how to create lasting change.
For over 20 years Elizabeth had executive team responsibility for people, strategic planning, and communication at a specialty insurance company. During her tenure, the company grew tenfold while Elizabeth played a central role in strengthening executive team effectiveness and developing the shared values, leadership practices, and organizational capabilities needed.
Elizabeth has consulted with Goldman Sachs, Ingersoll-Rand, Zurich, CNA, the Internal Revenue Service, and others and has leadership experience at Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, Africa Yoga Project, and Youth at Risk.
Elizabeth's work is guided by a fundamental purpose: helping people, organizations, and communities imagine and achieve new possibilities.
She lives in Southwest Colorado, where she enjoys playing in the mountains, lakes, and snow.
Radhika Kanaskar is a sustainability leader who brings together systems thinking, technology, and climate expertise to help organizations navigate complex challenges and make better decisions. She takes a critical and pragmatic approach to technology, considering where it can genuinely create value.
