Rod Hainje is a consultant with five years experience
as a strategic analyst across various industries including Chemical, Energy, Industrial and Manufacturing. Rod's skills include a variety of strategic analysis techniques including market and industry research, customer segmentation and
analysis, competitive analysis, and various types of financial and economic modeling. Also, Rod has experience in operating model design, business process reengineering and implementation planning.

Prior to joining Alder Associates, Rod worked with CSC Strategic Services (formally CSC Index). At CSC, Rod's clients included Avista Energy, DuPont, FirstEnergy, Gas Research Institute, Ingersoll-Rand, Nevada Power, Trans-Resources and Union Fenosa. Rod also focused on developing CSC's intellectual capital in the areas corporate center governance, e-business, and business process outsourcing.

Rod has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration at Purdue's Krannert Graduate School of Management.
